ROBOCON
Robocon is mainly sponsored by Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) which includes Doordarshan (Prasarbharati) of India as a member which has been organizing all activities in India for last five years with collaboration with Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) Pune, India. It is an annual robot contest started from 2002, just for university, college and polytechnic students in the Asia-Pacific region. Participants will compete with their peers in other countries to create a robot using their creative and technological abilities in an open competition.All this according to a theme declared by the host Country.
VIER Robocon Made debut in Abu Robocon in year 2013-14. Our vision is to learn. We use latest technologies to design our robots. We work like a company. We divide our team into two different groups for a specific task.Vier Robocon Took only 4 Years to Make into finals And Win in year 2016.Vier Robocon in now techncal club for various events ,research and Development center.Students of Vier Robocon with their Talent ,hardwork and ability are now one of enterpreneurs and looking forward to build various startup.Vier Robocon helps you build decision making , Planning ,enchance technical abilities and Team Building.

The National ABU Robocon 2014 was held in the Badminton Hall of the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, Pune on the 6, 7 & 8 March 2014. The theme for Robocon 2014 declared by MITAOE was “A SALUTE TO PARENTHOOD”

The ABU Robocon 2017 was held at Tokyo, Japan in the month of August. The theme is “Asobi: The landing disc”. The theme revolves around the word “asobi” (play), which is also a fundamental philosophy behind Robocon.

he competition was held in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, in August 2018. The theme comes from a traditional game in ethnic region of Vietnam, namely ném còn (throwing shuttlecock). The goal of the game is to throw the shuttlecocks through the ring at height. In Vietnamese culture, the game is about celebration and making friendship.
