About Journal
The “VIER Journal of Engineering Research” is an annual peer-reviewed national journal related to the field of engineering and technology. The Journal was started in June 2014 with a commitment to publish high-quality research articles embracing various aspects related to seven domains of engineering i.e. Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Civil and Mathematics. This journal is published under the flagship of Vadodara Institute of Engineering (VIER), Kotambi, Gujarat.
The journal has no publication fee. Its main objective is to bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in their domain of interest. The publications of papers are selected through double-blind-peer review to ensure originality, relevance and readability.
Call for Paper
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original research and review in this field. Submitted manuscripts must be in technical English. Only original contributions, which are not published in any language and are not submitted for publication elsewhere, are accepted for review. Manuscripts can be submitted round the year electronically by e-mail attachment to Editor- in –Chief at vierjournal@gmail.com.

Interested authors should prepare manuscript as per the VJER paper template available on our website (www.vier.org.in) along with copyright form.

Publication Process
The ultimate objective of this process is quality. The publication process consists of the following steps.
- After receiving the manuscript a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the author.
- Manuscripts will be checked by Plagiarism checker software.
- Primary quality will be checked by the Editor.
- The manuscript will be sent to external experts for double blinded review.
- Based on the double blinded review editor will take decision and the decision will be communicated to the author. Decisions can be three types like accepted without revision, resubmit with major/minor revisions, rejected.
- After the final review process if the paper is accepted, a confirmation mail will be sent to the author.
- Author needs to submit copyright form within 3 days.
